Indication

  • General remineralising effect.
  • Reinforces bones, hair and nails.
  • Has a positive effect on joints and cartilage building.
  • Promotes good flexibility.
  • Rich in minerals, including silica and trace elements.

Posology

1 capsule by day during the meal.

Composition

Equisetum 400 mg
(equivalent with 1,6 g of powder plant)
Content with :
SiO2 total 3,2 mg

Special precautions

  • To preserve at dryness and the ’ shelter of the sun.
  • Ideal temperature of storage: 15-25 °C.
  • To respect the amounts advised day labourers.
  • Cannot replace a healthy and balanced food.
  • To preserve out of reach children.

La concentration est bien, cependant il devrait être précisé dans la description que les gélules ont une gélatine d'origine animale ( poisson). Elles devraient être d'origine végétale. Déçu sur ce point étant végétarien.

Plus facile à avaler que la teinture mère, facile aussi le dosage d'1 gélule par jour. J'en reprendrai
